On-line Data Access

Wherever you are, as long as you have a computer and an Internet connection, you can access your analytical data 24 hours a day, seven days a week through Lancaster Laboratories’ secure Internet access.

LLabWeb offers you immediate access to final verified analytical results as analyses are completed and verified in the lab. This allows you instant access to data. Additionally, you can filter data by analysis or detections, examine your project’s preliminary invoice or e-mail your project manager through a built-in link.Click here to logon

Electronic Data Deliverables (EDD)

Our automated EDD generation process begins with our Oracle master data file. We currently produce over 120 standard and custom formats and can create new formats with very short lead time. We’ll organize your EDD the way you want to receive it—by sample submittal group, sampling event or sample delivery group.

We also apply detailed definition tables with valid values to ensure our data will merge seamlessly with your database. For example, the CAS RN (Chemical Abstracts Service Registry Number) is used to define your compound name. We can define the CAS RN 98-82-8 as either cumene or isopropylbenzene to match your current database.

We stand behind the quality of our electronic data by providing extensive automated review using several electronic laboratory data checkers and manual overchecking.

Electronic Analysis Reports

We’ll report your data the way you need it. Many regulatory programs require specific reporting guidelines, including reporting to the Method Detection Limit (MDL) and reporting with data flags such as “J” between the MDL and LOQ (limit of quantitation).

Lancaster Labs’ data reporting system will report analytical results with information you need to meet regulatory guidelines whether you’re collecting samples for Superfund, RCRA, UST, or State program.

Electronic reports are generated with laboratory signature in PDF and/or Excel format and are e-mailed with the Chain-of-Custody to keep your record management simple.

Data Packages on CD

Lancaster Labs offers a wide range of data packages to meet your reporting and data validation needs. We offer several state specific formats, including NJDEP, and TCEQ TRRP-13, as well as, CLP Level 4 and equivalent packages.

All packages are paginated and scanned into Adobe PDF format and burned onto CD for your ease of storage. The PDF is bookmarked to provide a quick and easy way to navigate each section. We realize data validation may be difficult from an electronic file and will provide hardcopy packages when needed.
